All custom orders require a holding fee of 50$ to begin the design and planning process. This holding fee serves as a starter fee and secures your spot in our schedule. Please note that this is not the final price—your total cost will be provided once all order details are fully discussed and confirmed.
Payment for the holding fee can be made through an invoice or an agreement payment platform.
Once your order has been finalized and approved, no additional changes will be made without a $20 alteration fee per change.

By placing a custom order with theblakhippielifellc, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All custom orders require a mutually agreed-upon timeline for completion. Once the timeline is confirmed, production will begin. Please ensure your availability for communication during this process to avoid delays.
Each customer is entitled to one (1) personal fitting, provided we are able to reach you within a reasonable time. Failure to respond or attend the scheduled fitting may result in the fitting being forfeited.
Any changes or alterations requested after the original design details have been approved will incur a $20 alteration fee per change.
Full payment is required before your order will be shipped or released. No items will be delivered or mailed until payment is complete.
If your order is shipped, it will be insured for protection. In the event that your package is lost during shipping, we will make a good-faith effort to assist you with filing claims or provide a partial discount toward a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed for lost or delayed packages.
